3 med. bananas
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
½ cup plain lowfat yogurt (or fat free)
1 t. cinnamon
¼ t. nutmeg
1 ½ cups flour, unbleached
1 t. baking soda
½ t. baking powder
¼ t. salt
optional: chopped nuts & raisons to taste
Mix ingredients in food processor in stages.
Pour into lightly oiled loaf pan.
Bake at 325 to 350 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes
